Refund & Cancellation Policy
The refund window for the program and standalone levels, and how to make a request.
The policy is simple: for a cohort seat, you can request a full refund until three calendar days before the published cohort start date. This policy applies when enrollment opens and forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
The full program
- Until three calendar days before the published cohort start date: full refund, no questions asked.
- After that cutoff, you can still ask. Requests are reviewed case by case, in good faith, but a refund is not guaranteed.
Standalone self-paced levels
The full-refund window is three calendar days from purchase. After that window, requests are reviewed case by case.
How to request a refund
Submit the refund request form. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card providers may take several business days to show the credit.
Consult & Executive Consulting calls
You can reschedule or cancel an Organization Consult or Executive Consulting Introductory Call from the link in your booking confirmation. If you cancel a paid Executive Consulting Introductory Call at least 24 hours before it starts, you receive a full refund. Later cancellations and missed calls are reviewed case by case, in good faith, but a refund is not guaranteed. The Organization Consult has no fee. If you need help, contact us before the appointment. Somatic Experiencing appointments follow the separate terms shown in their booking system.
